Hi, I’m Danielle…

I’m so glad that you’re here.
I am fully qualified and insured Counsellor. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within their Ethical Framework.
I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am committed to continuous professional development via ongoing training.
I use a unique blend of Person-Centred Counselling and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
My person-centred approach ensures that each client feels heard, respected, and understood in a safe, empathetic space.
ACT empowers clients to accept their thoughts and feelings without getting stuck in them, while focusing on what truly matters to them. My goal is to support people in becoming more self-aware, resilient, and able to make positive changes in their lives.
Together, we work to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
Whilst I am based in the hills of South Wales, I work with clients all over the UK via Zoom. It is a life goal of mine to work towards removing the stigma around mental health and to make therapy accessible to all.
I have a love for animals, particularly dogs and can usually be found with my trusty sidekick, my 2 year old Golden Retriever, exploring nature and finding new adventures.
